We start with a conversation to understand your situation and figure out whether — and how — we can help. No charge, no obligation.
Ongoing hourly support for questions, workflow reviews, prompt feedback, or evaluation of a specific tool or use case. Remote or on-site. No retainer required.
Half-day onsite. Workflow audit, tool evaluation, hands-on team training, and an adoption roadmap. Right for teams new to AI who want a clear, practical starting point.
Full-day onsite. Everything in the half-day, plus live implementation in your actual workflow, guardrail setup, and extended team training. Includes follow-up access. Right for teams ready to move from evaluation to adoption.
Data Resilience
Prices reflect the range for standard jobs in the Spokane area. Complex recoveries, large media volumes, or unusual device types may be quoted separately.
Assessment fee: $75
Waived in full when you proceed with any service. We come to you, inventory the devices, and give you a clear quote before anything is touched.

What a typical job looks like
A typical job — on-site intake, destruction with Certificates of Destruction on three devices, and a media sweep — runs $250–$350. Recovery and Resale Ready add-ons are available if needed.

What affects the quote
Standard laptops, desktops, and phones fall within the ranges above. Older, damaged, or unusual devices may take more time and will be quoted accordingly.
A single box of CDs is one lot. Large collections — multiple boxes, mixed media, unusual formats — are priced per additional lot. We'll count before we quote.
Straightforward file recovery falls within the standard range. Damaged drives, encrypted devices, or large data sets may require a separate quote. We'll tell you before we start.
